The Love is Love Series of animal paintings is intended to offer hope that it is possible for people to see past our differences to our Common Humanity. Examples of interspecies animal friendships and loving relationships are numerous. Same sex loving relationships are plentiful throughout the natural world.

These Animal Paintings are of “Non-Traditional” Friendships, Companionships, Life Partners, and Families. They portray abiding interspecies friendships and love relationships, and love relationships between same-sex animals of the same species. I research each of these relationship examples before painting.

The first three paintings of the Love is Love Series were created in 2018 and are of interspecies relationships. I am working on more paintings for the series.
